From the minute you contact us, either by phone or by submitting one of our enquiry forms we are on the case. Initially we compile and send you a personalised quotation which will include any extra items you may have requested. We also show the costs of extras that you haven’t requested just in case you decide you want them. In some cases, we have a number of fleets to draw upon so you will get the quote for the vehicle you requested and if we can find a similar alternative vehicle that is cheaper we will also send you a quote for that as well. Completing Your Motorhome Hire Reservation

Once you have ironed out any question you might have regarding your quotation and you tell us you would like to reserve the vehicle. We will then contact the supplier to establish availability and place a hold on the vehicle. Assuming availability is confirmed we will inform you and request you to pay your deposit or full balance if pick up is very soon. You will receive by post, printed papers, including your confirmation voucher.
